Most homes feature three levels of living area (including a family room in a finished basement), eat-in kitchens, dishwashers, washer-dryers, and central air conditioning.
All tenants are responsible for paying their own utility bills. We receive and pay all water and sewer bills, and tenants must reimburse promptly us for those charges.

We require a one-year lease and a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent. As much as we like pets, we do not permit them. We do not accept Section 8 vouchers or similar forms of assistance.
We require an acceptable credit report and background check in order to rent one of our properties.

We also require a credit report and background check, and by signing the application you consent to us obtaining a credit and background check on you.
